Learn how to use these ancient tools of strength and dexterity, and understand why they've stood the test of time. They’re so diverse and they’re great fun!

We'll tell you about the history of Indian clubs and Persian meels and of course you'll have a wonderful opportunity to use them to your heart's content!

All abilities are welcome - we'll be covering the basic internal and external swings, working our way up to more complex combinations involving reels, heart shaped patterns and ‘bullwhips’, but all at your own pace.

This is a practical workshop so you can expect to get a good workout whilst learning new skills.
You can then go away and use clubs/meels to help as a shoulder/wrist mobility tool, to develop elbow health or as a strength tool within its own right.
