We'll tell you about the history of Indian clubs and Persian meels and of course you'll have a wonderful opportunity to use them to your heart's content!
All abilities are welcome - we'll be covering the basic internal and external swings, working our way up to more complex combinations involving reels, heart shaped patterns and ‘bullwhips’, but all at your own pace.
This is a practical workshop so you can expect to get a good workout whilst learning new skills.
You can then go away and use clubs/meels to help as a shoulder/wrist mobility tool, to develop elbow health or as a strength tool within its own right.
