Pride in Strength - Queer and Trans Strongpeople Workshop

Pride in Strength are monthly workshops for the Queer & Trans community focusing on lifting and Strongman sport.

 

For February we will be focusing on:

➡️ Hammer holds

➡️ Squat medley - with stones, sandbags, circus dumbbells, kettlebells, axle

➡️ Farmer's carries 

 

Workshops are for anyone wanting to start, improve, or discover new disciplines in strength training and experiment, try niche and fun equipment in a guided group setting. All levels are welcome! You don't need to have any experience with lifting weights to join us. Strongman sport is for ALL genders and abilities!
